Please note there will be a strict cancellation policy. If you don’t show up, you’ll still be charged for the class, if there’s a wait list.

C.O.R.E Cycle

The exhilaration of riding your bike over the steepest climbs, fighting the fiercest headwinds, challenging your boldest nemesis without ever leaving the comfort of our studio.

Strength & Conditioning

A thorough and dynamic hour of weighted compound movements, using a variety of implements that will get you fit and strong fast.

Kettlebell

Build strength and endurance with traditional kettlebells. A dynamic, bad-ass, whole body workout.

Yoga

Coax muscles to lengthen, increase flexibility while improving range of motion through a combination of sustained poses with a focus on alignment and breath.

Meditation

Learn to quiet the monkey brain, through mindfulness and breath work. No experience necessary.

Personal Training

There’s nothing like the one-on-one strength and conditioning attention you get from a personal trainer to take you to your next personal best.  There is no obligation to purchase a class package.  If it’s just a PT you want, then it’s just a PT you’ll get.
