SPECIAL PROGRAMS

We offer specialized programming in:

CROSS SPORT TRAINING If you want to get stronger in any sport: hockey, soccer, lacrosse, tennis, etc., our cross-sport training programs are designed to be rigorous and age-appropriate.  

REHABILITATION: Whether you’re recovering from an injury or surgery we work closely with physiotherapists to design programs that progressively rebuild strength and stamina.

ROAD CYCLING: If you are a weekend warrior tearing up the asphalt on your road bike with your club or have set a goal to climb the Pyrenees this year there is no better program than our PAIN CAVE with which to build cardiovascular and muscular endurance.
